COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What is the return and refund policy?      Gen’s Beauty Sanctuary does not accept returns on wigs and all wig orders are nonrefundable. If there is an issue with the wig please contact us at info@gensbeautysanctury.com.

  • This is my first time purchasing  a wig, what do I need to know?    If this is your first time purchasing a wig, your measurements will have to be taken for the most accurate fit. There will be a video uploaded and a picture on how to measure your head at home by yourself. If you don’t feel comfortable doing it by yourself, please contact info@gensbeautysanctuary.com to set up an appointment to measure your head in person.

  • Do you sell frontal wigs?    Gen’s Beauty Sanctuary does not offer frontal wigs at the moment, ONLY CLOSURE wigs.

  • How does the wig purchasing process work?   If you are providing your own hair, customers can book their service by paying the $40 deposit on the bring your own bundles option, after the purchase is made they will receive an email with instructions for the next step of the process. If you purchase a made to order wig, you will have options to select the length, baby hairs, which space you would like the parting etc…. Once you hit submit and the order goes through, you will receive an order confirmation to your email and as soon as the wig is ready to ship out you will receive a shipping email . There is also an option to pick up the wig if you don’t want it shipped out. 

  • How long does processing and shipping take?       Processing time for wig orders can be approximately 7-10 business days, but it can also be less. Processing time is not including shipping time. Once the wig is processed and ready to ship a shipping email will be sent out for the standard 3-5 day shipping. If you would like it to be shipped out quicker, overnight shipping will be available for a higher fee. If you would like to pick up your wig you will just have to worry about the 7-10 business days, but that time frame can be shorter if you would like to pick it up.

  • What payment methods does Gen’s beauty sanctuary accept? We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards.
